Products will be shipped to the address provided by the user.
Delivery times range between 24 and 96 hours (business days) for addresses on the mainland and 48 to 96 hours (business days) for deliveries to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.

Return Conditions
• Return period:
Customers have 14 calendar days from the receipt of their order to initiate the return process.
• Product condition:
Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened, unused, and undamaged.
Original packaging and seals must be intact.
• Non-refundable products:
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of personal care products, cosmetics, or any item that has been opened or used.
• Return costs:
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases of shipping errors or defective products.
• Refunds:
Once the product is received and its condition verified, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
The refund will be made using the same payment method as the purchase.
• Returns for defective or incorrect products:
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact our team at info@besonline.es within the first 48 hours after receipt.
Return Procedure

• Order number.
• Name of the product to be returned.
• Reason for the return.
• Photo of the product (in case of defects or errors).
Wait for our confirmation with return instructions.
Send the product to the address provided in the confirmation email.

Failed Delivery
If it is impossible to deliver the order to the specified address, SHOP BES ESPAÑA will attempt to deliver it to a third party indicated by the customer or retry delivery on a later date. We kindly ask you to contact SHOP BES ESPAÑA if you will not be at the address to arrange delivery on another day.
If within the specified period, starting from when your order is available for delivery, the order cannot be delivered due to reasons not attributable to SHOP BES ESPAÑA, we will understand that you wish to withdraw from the contract and will consider it terminated.
As a result of the contract termination, we will refund all payments received from the user, including delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 10 days from the date we consider the contract terminated. Please note that the transportation resulting from the termination may have an additional cost, so SHOP BES ESPAÑA will be authorized to charge the corresponding costs.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging fees, as well as postage. Handling fees have a fixed price, while transportation costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items into one order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will apply to each order individually. We are not responsible for damages your package may suffer during shipping, but we do everything possible to protect all fragile items. Boxes are large, and your items will be well protected.

The indicated deadlines will be respected provided there are no unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances beyond our control. If for any reason we cannot meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option to proceed with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund of the price paid.
For the purposes of these conditions, it will be understood that "delivery" has occurred or that the order has been "delivered" at the moment you or a third party indicated by you acquire material possession of the products, which will be accredited by the signing of the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.
Orders are prepared as soon as payment has been confirmed, and within the following schedule: Orders received Monday to Friday before 1:00 PM will be processed the same day. Orders received after 1:00 PM will be processed the following day.
Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
